About Me?
Hi, my name is Kristen or Kris as most people know me. I am a passionate, dedicated and determined fitness professional helping others to change their lives through health and fitness.
Fitness gave me my own outlet, allowed me to forget about comparing myself to others, and let me focus on comparing myself to myself. I slowly realized that the only person I had to be better than was the person I was the day before.
It gave me a new found confidence, not only because I saw my body becoming stronger, but also because I saw my mind, my self esteem, and my self love slowly growing stronger each and every day.
Eventually, I came to realize my passion and my calling in life; inspiring others, helping others, motivating others, and loving others. And I believe it is my calling to do this through health and fitness because in this world that we live in, we all could use more movement, love and inspiration.
So in the same way fitness changed my life, I have made it my mission to help women recognize their own strength, confidence, and self-worth. Through strength and conditioning training, kettlebell training, and boxing I help them step into their true inner strength and self worth so they can completely love themselves for exactly who they are.
